Guarantee and Return Information
All of our rugs are guaranteed to be free
of any flaws or defects. We have a 15 day full refund return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your rug please notify us by E-mail
within 24 Hours from the date that you received the rug. We will
then E-mail you a return authorization number, then send it back
in it's original condition and wrapped properly in heavy duty
plastic. After we receive and inspect the rug, your money will
be refunded to you (in the form of payment that was originally
made.)
We must receive the rug within
14 days after we E-mail your confirmation number.
Please do not ship rug back to the manufacture,
it must be shipped to our address.
Please note: Every rug is inspected
by our quality assurance team before being shipped out to you.
If the returned rug is damaged or used, it will be refused and
not accepted by us. Do not use sharp objects to open rug. Open
with Caution!
Egyptian made rugs are made
to look like antiques. Variations in colors, Faded areas, and
"crooked" lines are not flaws in the rugs. These characteristics
are purposely woven into the rug to make it look like an authentic
handknotted rug.
Exchanges: We will gladly exchange
a rug for a different size or pattern. Simply E-mail us with the
size, color & rug name that you would like to exchange for
(Please note size charts) within 24 hours after you receive the
rug and follow return instructions. If you are exchanging for
a larger size or higher priced rug you will have to pay the price
difference + shipping.
